MMA urges federal policymakers to:
- Rescind the SDP policy included in OBBBA or consider legislating a higher cap for certain SDPs to ensure provider participation in Medicaid is not harmed.
- Rescind the moratorium on new provider taxes and block the scheduled phase down of the tax from 6% to 3.5%.
